Configure Google Translate API Keys
From the projects list, select a project or create a new one.
If the APIs & services page isn't already open, open the left side menu and select APIs & services.
On the left, choose Credentials.
Click Create credentials and then select API key.
Once you have the keys make sure you enable the translation service, created a billing account, and associated the project created in Step 2 to an active billing account as shown in the images below.
Enable Translate API. Click on dashboard as shown in the image below.
Once you are in the dashboard click on Enable APIs and Services
In the API services Marketplace search for translate and enable the Cloud Translation API
Make sure that the Translation API is enabled.
Now, that we have the API enabled, we will go and create a billing account.
Once you have the billing account we will associate the project we created in Step 2 to this billing account.
Once you have the API Enabled, a Project created and the billing account associated the project you should be good to go. Now you can simply take credentials created in Step 5 and use it in the plugin
Configure Microsoft Translator API Keys
Login to Azure portal as shown in the image below. If you have a Microsoft Account already then sign in with it or else create a new Microsoft Account

Once you are in the Azure Portal, click on All Services as shown in the image below.
Search for Cognitive services in the search box under all services
Under Cognitive Services click on add to create a new service called “Translate Text.”
Enter the name (give it any name) and other details and click on create.
Once the service gets created, go to Home>>Cognitive Services and click on the service you created in the previous step.
Now click on the “Keys” as shown below to generate your keys.
Grab any of the two keys shown and use it in the plugin.
